Food and culture journal The Gourmand collaborates with London-based furniture shop Vitsoe for NYCxDESIGN week. The magazine’s editors transform Vitsoe’s New York outpost into a fruit stand, serving locally sourced fruit tarts, teas, homemade sodas and its back issues from the Dieter Rams-designed 606 Universal Shelving System. Visitors also get to take home free fruit-themed recipe books illustrated by Bruce Usher, Jamie Brown, Gwendal Le Bec, Yann Le Bec and Jean Jullian. In a word: Sweet.
